Hi people!!

Well... First of all: My written english is not very good, But I´ll try!
My name is Fermín, and I´m spanish, but I work in France (in Strasbourg, wich is actually more German than French!Even better...)
So, I have a Prius, but the idea -now I´ll finish having to do travells- Is to sell it and to buy a new IQ.. wich is an amazing car! I love Smart (I´d already had the roadster) But the IQ It´s million times better than the For2.

So, the idea is to sell the prius, and within a month, get the IQ+. I will get the 68hp VVT-i, with no extras, because I don´t need gps and anything else... Actually The IQ version comes with plenty of things!

The price I´ll pay for it will be (in France) 12.500€ wich has 1.800 € disscount!! (oficial price is 14.450 I think) But yet, I haven´t seen how much could it be in Germany... If get´s cheaper there....

This is the first forum of IQ I see on the net, I hope soon will be with plenty of people!!

Greetings to all people!

Fermicho.

Hi Fermicho and welcome to the forum.

Interesting move from the Prius to the iQ. I guess the iQ's environmental credentials speaks volume.

There are now a few iQ forums and all growing all the time!

Thank you very much for the link´s! I will have a look!

And thanks for all about my english, I work as spanish militar, here in Strasbourg and with plenty of armies... (British included!) So official work lenguage is english... And with my girlfriend, she´s french..: I start asking her something in french, she answer me in spanish.... BUT WE END TALKING IN ENGLISH!!! It´s the esasiest way to understand us...(or to try to understand her....)
I´d been living two years in Dublin also, so at least, speaking I´m not as bad as writtig...

Well... Other day I will talk you another chapter of my life! :D

There is one question I have to make to you people, that are already driving the IQ...:

I´m not interested in diesel version (wich I think it makes more noise and It´s 100 kilogrames more...I don´t like that...)

So... What do I do? Do I get the one liter version... Or do I wait for the 1.3cc Stop & Start version.....?
I´m more interested on wasting the less possible than to have better acceleration... etc etc etc... What would you do?

Regards!
Mincho. ;)
