Smart Converted . . .

I'm getting the same vibes I got when I bought my smart car, many moons ago . . . that 'flashing of lights' when another smart car passed by . . . it was new, it was exciting . . . then I went to the car show at Earls Court and I saw the new competiton - how could smart compete . . . I signed up immediately and took a test drive as soon as one hit my local toyota dealer . . . its tough converting - but although I've been so loyal I can hold my head high and move onto something thats looks futuristic, it looks like a concept car that made it in to production!

So I'm taking delivery of my white / no black / no white / no finally decided (and John the dealer was happy) to go white IQ2 next week . . . I just can't wait!

Hi guys and gals Just joined the forum after seeing the new iQ (BLOWN AWAY BY THE TV COMMERCIAL) I've had two smarts the current one is 3 years old in November and has 9000 miles on the clock. I usually change my car at the 3 year mark and I really fancy the iQ but it seems a bit expensive. I want automatic drive as I'm used to the Smart now, what kind of deals are you getting on your trade ins? and how much are you getting for your Smarts regarding age and mileage? Anyone doing the 3 year option? I reckon I might need to save about 3000 plus my car to get a reasonable affordable HP or option deal as I'm retired now! Dancer
